Finance The finance department is responsible for the central financial functions of the Village. These functions include investments, collections, financial services, purchasing, and budgetary support. The department presents the financial position of the Village's funds in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) promulgated by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB). Duties include formulation and execution of the Village's financial policies, and compiling interim and annual financial information to facilitate management control of financial operations. The department oversees audits of the Village's financial records, and is also responsible for reporting to external agencies. The purchasing and accounts payable program element places purchase orders and contracts to obtain the equipment, materials and services required by the Village. The purchasing element also administers the accounts payable checks for payment.
The Village of Antioch is pleased to bring you a more convenient
method to pay your utility (water and sewer) bill. Click on

EPAY website.
You will then be able to use your credit or debit card or electronic
check to pay your utility bill. A nominal convenience fee is added
to your total bill for the use of this system. This fee is not
charged or collected by the Village of Antioch. Master Card,
American Express, Discover and E-Checks are accepted. Point of
Service credit card payments will also be accepted for your utility
bill in the Clerk’s Office at the Antioch Village Hall. These pilot
programs may expand to other Village of Antioch payment types at
some time in the future.
