PZB 05-01; CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING: Proposed amendments to Title 10, Section 10-14-3 of the Zoning Ordinance; and to Title 11, Section 11-2-1-B and Sections 11-3-8 through 11-3-11, both inclusive, of the Subdivision Regulations. New sections are also being proposed relative to the fees associated with the filing of preliminary plats, final plats, plats within unincorporated territories, and impact fees, (cont’d from Feb. 10th).
