The Village of Antioch is currently accepting applications to fill 1 vacancy for Police and Fire Commission Member. Applicants and are desired to have a basic understanding of 65 ILCS 5/Art. 10 Div. 2.1 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes. One member shall be appointed for an unexpired term ending in May, 2027, and must be able to attend meetings as scheduled. Typically meetings are scheduled quarterly on the second Tuesday in January, April, July and October at 6pm, but may be rescheduled due to other meeting conflicts or based on hiring needs. Board members are compensated at $80/meeting for serving on this board
