Requests for Proposals – Video Surveillance System

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM

The Village is soliciting proposals to purchase a video surveillance system that will include an IP– based and/or closed surveillance system, video server, storage and cameras.

Consultants/vendors may submit proposals hard copy or electronically.

Electronic submissions may be sent via e-mail to Village Clerk Lori Romine at lromine@antioch.il.gov. The subject line should clearly delineate that the message is a proposal submission and include the project name and name of the firm submitting the proposal.

The proposals shall be submitted by no later than 10 AM on November 13, 2018. Absolutely no responses past this time will be accepted regardless in delays in conveyance such as email, etc. This is solely the responsibility of the consultant\vendor.
