The Administration department is headed by the Village Administrator. The Administrator executes the goals and objectives of the Board of Trustees. Responsibilities include advising the Board of Trustees of the needs of the Village and establishing procedures to meet the needs of residents. Other responsibilities include supervising all departments, oversight of the agenda items for board meetings, responding to inquiries from citizens and the Board of Trustees, disseminating legislative information, and creating and implementing human resources and other internal policies.
